The Rochester Teachers Association's office staff is currently composed of an office manager, and two secretaries. Together they answer phones, relay messages, answer routine questions, and act as receptionists to members and office visitors. They type and reproduce correspondence, minutes, agendas, notices, reports, newsletters; process the mail; maintain records and assist with financial transactions and reports; and assist the Nominating and Elections Committee on all elections. And this is only the beginning of all that they do.

Bernadette Ferrara has been with us for 25 years, Tanya Meade joined the staff in 2004 and Leslie Stevens joined us in the spring of 2006.
